Not Just Meal Plans
Carefully Tested Recipes
Each of the recipes on Green Meal Plans has been extensively tested in our home or studio kitchens. All of us have been working professional recipe developers for a decade or longer. Here are some examples of recipes you’ll find in your meal plans.
With almost 1000 recipes to choose from, Green Meal Plan is one of the most extensive vegetarian meal plan options available.
Boost your Energy and Avoid UPFs
Eating a plant-based diet can be great for energy levels, if you do it properly. Each meal plan is developed with nutritional requirements in mind so you get enough protein, vitamins, and nutrients to feel great. Not only is it good for you, it’s good for the planet, too (and your wallet!).
One of our goals with Green Meal Plan is to help people in making their own meals so that they can be less reliant on UPFs (ultra-processed foods). We want to empower you to make decisions on what you’re eating so that you can feel your very best.
Like an App, with No Need to Download Anything
Green Meal Plan has been designed to function like an app, but is accessed from your browser. Get the recipes on any device: desktop, tablet, or smartphone, without downloading yet another app that you can only use on your phone. Each plan can be printed out, too, if you prefer a paper copy. Every week is organised like an e-book so you can get the recipes with a reference picture plus a grocery list.
The recipe measurements are in cups. Most also provide metric measurements but, if they haven’t been tested with weights, we don’t want to use potentially inaccurate guesswork. Our goal is for every recipe to work perfectly for you the first time.
Substitutions, tips, how to store, and more
Every recipe provides additional information that might be helpful if you have leftovers or need to make small changes.
Adjust Servings Easily
There’s a handy adjustment mechanism that lets you change the amount of servings the recipe makes, and it automatically adjusts the recipe so you don’t need to.
One Free Day Each Week
The meal plans are Monday through Saturday, with Sunday being a ‘free day’ or what we like to think of as a clean out the fridge day. Use up any leftovers or remake your favourite dish from the previous week.
